1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrepIQ ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PrepIQ provides an online platform for preparing for the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT). The Service includes:

• Practice tests simulating the CCAT format
• Study modes with adaptive difficulty
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Question explanations and learning resources

3. Use License

PrepIQ grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this platform for CCAT exam preparation, subject to these terms:

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• You may not use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Practice Test Disclaimer

PrepIQ provides practice questions designed to simulate the CCAT exam experience. These are not official CCAT questions and are for preparation purposes only. PrepIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Criteria Corp or any official CCAT provider. Your performance on PrepIQ practice tests may not directly correlate with your actual CCAT score.

6. Payment Terms

Note: Payment features will be added in a future update.

When subscription plans are implemented:

• Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to cheat on actual CCAT exams
• Attempt to scrape, download, or copy questions from the platform
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PrepIQ, including but not limited to questions, explanations, design, graphics, and software, is owned by PrepIQ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PrepIQ name and logo are trademarks of PrepIQ.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

PrepIQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, performance on actual CCAT exams or employment decisions based on your preparation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
